The installation of several systems above each other or side by side allows particularly space-saving sorting at special applications, even as rotator or turner of boxes, cartons, cates, cases or packs like food packs, shrink packs or six packs.
Our sorting solutions are designed and built for a reliable continous operation by the pusher. Further they are made for a high throughput capacity of large and small containers, be it chemical packs, trays or paper-tissue packs.
The system is offered in two versions for special logistic solutions: The version with two paddles - as shown here - achieves a capacity of about 7,000 units per hour. Equipped with three guiding boards more than 9,000 units/hour can be sorted.
For sorting flat or small packs and very large (tall) boxes, it is important that the small ones move as quickly and as far as possible. The large and bulky boxes are sorted more slowly, not pushed so far and, above all, handled gently. Large boxes are a big challenge for parcel distribution centers with high sorting performance, since the content is often heavy but the packing is thin-walled and is also poorly suited for transport!
As can be seen in the picture, four light barriers recognize the size of the parcels and boxes. The control sorts only the lower light barriers, by occupancy, very quickly - until the top (all four) light barriers are graded accordingly, the medium-sized and very large boxes are graded slower, when transferred onto the parallel or 90 ° discharge conveyor.
The control also provides for a products length dimension and a corresponding trigger or start time delay.
This ensures the sorting performance for each pack size. The conveyor speed can be high, constant or fluctuating. The parameters for the optimal pushing of each individual product, are programmed in the control in advance.
Fragile cartons and products can be moved also with rolls to the next belt.
The mechanics are mounted on a welded, stable U-tube bracket and can be swivelled completely. In the picture you can see the black square clamping plates.

This is the only way to ensure that a flat angular arrangement is set at high belt speed and an angle of up to 90 ° at slow belt speed. The arrangement can be adjusted.
Pushing the product to the middle and leaving on the middle of the pusher boards, stops unnecessary acceleration or braking moments, which could result in the packs tending to turn.
With the exception of a few special designs, all frame arrangements are based on this model.
The structure can be individually adapted and has been very successfully tried and tested in practical use for over 20 years!
